Specializing in Nonprofit Law

We are a law firm specializing in nonprofit organization law. This includes forming nonprofit organizations and establishing their federal and state tax-exempt status.  We also have extensive experience in maintaining, merging, and dissolving various types of nonprofit organizations, as well as drafting contracts, leases, and other corporate documents.  Unlike many other attorneys that do nonprofit law, we represent a significant number of religious organizations.

We represent a diverse clientele, ranging from small, start-up nonprofit organizations to major public benefit, mutual benefit and religious corporations, many with multiple related entities.  Our goal is to provide the highest quality legal representation possible to our clients.  Our success is providing legal services promptly and economically.

Have a question on whether we can assist you?
